Overview

wvfoia-sync is a project that provides a mirrored copy of the WVFOIA database maintained by the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office under W.Va. Code 29B-1-3(f).

It runs on Cloudflare Workers, persisting the data once daily at 4AM Eastern Time to a Cloudflare D1 serverless database, as well as a static SQL file and a SQLite(3) database served from Cloudflare R2 for easy portability.
